If you experience a problem or difficulty with one of our products, your first course of action is to contact the retailer you originally bought it from – your “point of purchase”.
However we do understand that this may not always be possible, so we do accept that, occasionally, you may need to return the product directly to us to inspect.
Prior to returning any product to us, please fill out the form on this page. Clearly explain the problem that you are experiencing as we may be able to find a solution without you having to return the product and incurring any possible expense or delay.
Once we have received the product we will log the return and carry out an inspection with any required corrective action – this might take the form of a repair or replacement (either an exact or similar model, depending on availability). No cash alternatives will be offered.
Please note that we will not be able to process your warranty claim if you are unable to produce any proof of purchase.
